Please submit an Exhibitor Intent Form by July 1. The first round of location assignments will be made on July 1. Preference will be given to NSL Corporate Members. If your Exhibitor Intent Form is received after July 1 your assignment will be based upon available space in the order of receipt.
BOOTH SPACE
Exhibits are set up in the Independence Center and are available mostly in increments of 10 feet. Some spaces are irregular and we do have some 8 x 10 foot spaces. The height of the ceiling varies, so we do not guarantee more than an 8-foot ceiling height in any location.
PAYMENT METHODS
All payments should be made by the date specified on your invoice, or the later date price will be charged. All payments must be made prior to move-in. Payment may be made by check, ACH, or credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that situations change and that it might be necessary to cancel your participation. If this happens, send written notice of your cancellation to exhibits@navalsubleague.org. Once invoiced, any company cancelling before October 1 will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee and any cancellation requests received on or after October 1 will result in a full forfeiture of the exhibit payment.
SECURITY
While we provide additional security for this event, to monitor access, crowd control, etc., we cannot be responsible for unsecured laptops or any unsecured items left unattended during open exhibit hours, set-up or breakdown of the event.
